End User Support Coordinator
Under limited supervision, the Image Lab Associate performs PC data backup/recovery, PC imaging, and post image software installations and configurations. Re-purposes PC hardware and coordinates hardware warranty repairs with Vendors. Responsible for the packing, storing, and shipping of IT equipment and for maintaining IT Depot inventory. Utilizes the IT incident/change/asset management system to document, prioritize, and track requests. Updates the ticketing system with status, PC serial numbers, work status, and shipping information. Decommissions and disposes of IT equipment and responsible for the accuracy of the asset management information. Provides support for all PC Image Lab activities.
Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Associate's degree in Computer Science preferred
One (1) year or more experience in IT Support
Experienced utilizing a a Help Desk ticketing system (advanced level)
