  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters within the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels, promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.
  3. Act as a mediator in employee conflicts and provide guidance on conflict resolution strategies.
  4. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and fair manner.
  5. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  6. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues.
  7. Conduct trainings and workshops on topics related to employee relations, such as conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and workplace culture.
  8. Monitor employee engagement and morale, and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases.
  12. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the organization.
  13. Act as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on workplace-related issues.
  14. Communicate with employees and management to ensure a clear understanding of company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve employee relations processes to create a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport And Handle Sensitive Employee Issues.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Policies And Programs To Promote A Positive Work Culture And Resolve Conflicts.
