  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
  4. Collaborate with HR team members and management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  5. Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to employee relations.
  7. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all employee relations matters.
  8. Communicate effectively with employees to promote a positive work culture and address any potential issues.
  9. Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering open and honest communication.
  10. Participate in the development and delivery of training programs related to employee relations and workplace culture.
  11. Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
  12. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Work closely with legal counsel as needed to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  14. Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  15. Continuously assess and improve employee relations processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Strong Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Company Or Corporate Environment

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc Guidelines

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Programs And Initiatives, Such As Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives And Employee Engagement Strategies.
