
Employee Relations Partner

- Facilitate positive employee relations: The Employee Relations Partner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with employees and promoting a healthy work culture.
- Address workplace issues: The individual in this role will be responsible for addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop solutions: The Employee Relations Partner will work with various departments and employees to identify solutions to workplace issues and implement effective strategies to promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance: The individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to employee relations.
- Collaborate with departments: The Employee Relations Partner will collaborate with various departments, including HR, legal, and management, to address employee relations matters and develop solutions.
- Conduct investigations: The individual will be responsible for conducting investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
- Advise and educate: The Employee Relations Partner will provide guidance and education to managers and employees on employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain records: The individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential records related to employee relations matters.
- Monitor trends: The Employee Relations Partner will monitor employee relations trends and make recommendations for improvement to promote a positive work culture.
- Promote employee satisfaction: The individual will play a critical role in promoting employee satisfaction by addressing workplace issues and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Communicate effectively: The Employee Relations Partner will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Remain current on laws and regulations: The individual will stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.
- Act with empathy: The Employee Relations Partner will approach all employee relations matters with empathy and understanding, creating a safe and supportive environment for employees.
- Handle sensitive information: The individual will handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Human Resources Role
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Handle Sensitive Situations
Previous Experience In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Work Environment, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.
