As a Diesel Fuel Island Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper maintenance and fueling of our fleet vehicles.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and colleagues.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fuel island and surrounding areas.
  3. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of fleet vehicles, including checking fluid levels and tire pressure.
  4. Properly fuel and defuel fleet vehicles according to company policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and record fuel usage and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  6. Communicate any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
  8. Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
  9. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues.
  11. Work efficiently and effectively to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Knowledge Of Diesel Fueling Equipment: A Qualified Diesel Fuel Island Attendant Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Diesel Fueling Equipment, Including Pumps, Hoses, And Nozzles. This Knowledge Will Help Ensure Safe And Efficient Fueling Operations.

  • Basic Mechanical Skills: As A Diesel Fuel Island Attendant, You Will Be Responsible For Performing Basic Maintenance And Repairs On Fueling Equipment. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Basic Mechanical Skills And Be Comfortable Using Hand And Power Tools.

  • Attention To Detail: Since Fueling Operations Involve Handling Hazardous Materials, It Is Crucial For A Diesel Fuel Island Attendant To Be Detail-Oriented. This Includes Accurately Recording Fuel Transactions, Monitoring Fuel Levels, And Following Safety Protocols.
