We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Logistics Supervisor to join our team and oversee our dedicated transportation operations. As the Customer Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our clients while providing exceptional customer service. This is a Monday-Friday AM shift position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.   1. Oversee and manage the dedicated transportation operations for Ryder System.
  2. Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of goods to clients.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  4. Lead and supervise a team of logistics and customer service professionals.
  5. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and track transportation metrics and make necessary adjustments to meet performance goals.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and optimize transportation operations.
  8. Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality performance and professional development.
  9. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transportation operations.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Participate in budget planning and management for the transportation department.
  15. Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.
  16. Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company.
  17. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  18. Represent Ryder System in a professional manner and promote a positive company image.
  19. Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and regulations.
  20. Work closely with upper management to develop and implement strategic plans for the transportation department.
