- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer logistics team.
- Ensure that all customers receive top-notch logistics solutions and exceptional service.
- Lead and motivate the customer logistics team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and onboard new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and customer satisfaction to upper management.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Management.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience Managing A Team.
Knowledge Of Transportation And Warehouse Operations, As Well As Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.
