- Oversee and manage all aspects of the customer's logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Lead and supervise a team of logistics coordinators and other staff members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective logistics strategies to meet customer needs and company goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to identify and implement process improvements and drive business growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve the customer logistics experience.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety and security protocols.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Act as a point of contact for the customer, addressing any inquiries or concerns and providing regular updates on logistics operations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
A Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Management.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Proficiency In Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Wms, Tms, And Erp.
