- Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for continuous improvement projects.

- Monitor and track progress and results of improvement initiatives, and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Identify and implement best practices and industry standards to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Serve as a change agent and drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and techniques related to continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering: A Degree In Engineering, Specifically Industrial Or Mechanical Engineering, Is Typically Required For A Continuous Improvement Engineer Position At Ryder System. This Provides A Strong Foundation In Technical Knowledge And Problem-Solving Skills.
Lean Six Sigma Certification: Ryder System Values Individuals Who Have A Strong Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Principles And Methodologies. A Certification In Lean Six Sigma Demonstrates A Commitment To Continuous Improvement And The Ability To Identify And Eliminate Waste In Processes.
