Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Engineering Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Continuous Improvement Engineer Position At Ryder System. This Provides A Solid Foundation In The Principles And Techniques Of Continuous Improvement.
Experience In Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Continuous Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean, Six Sigma, Or Kaizen. This Experience Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of The Tools And Techniques Used To Drive Process Improvements.
