Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma.
Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
