Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Or Process Improvement.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Lean Principles, Six Sigma Methodologies, And Kaizen Events.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Data Analysis Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Demonstrated Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Change Within An Organization.
