Continuous Improvement Engineer

Ryder System is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team! We are looking for a dynamic individual who is eager to drive change and bring innovative ideas to the table. The successful candidate should have the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies to implement them, and lead teams through the process.This role requires a multi-faceted skill set, including strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work in a cross-functional environment, and the ability to work independently. An understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles is preferred. The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least two years of experience in a continuous improvement or process improvement role, and a track record of successful projects.We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference and is excited about taking on the challenge of helping Ryder System become a leader in continuous improvement.
