Claims Representative

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Claims Representative to join the Ryder System team. The ideal candidate should have a commitment to providing superior customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for working with a diverse range of customers. Candidates should possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Claims Representative will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. They will ensure customer satisfaction and will work with other departments to ensure customer claims are handled effectively and efficiently.
