The Carrier and Customer Contract Manager will support our Freight Brokerage Business vertical by managing a team responsible for managing the contract initiation, execution and management for all of the outside carriers that our group utilizes for the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the contract management process including but not limited to Supplemental Insurance, Claims, Document Management, Customer Set-up and Carrier Vendor ID Management.
