- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the branch's rental services.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for all rental inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the branch's operations team to ensure rental equipment is properly maintained and available for customer use.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of Ryder's rental services.
- Negotiate and close rental contracts with customers, ensuring profitability for the branch.
- Manage and track sales performance, providing regular reports and updates to branch and regional management.
- Train and mentor branch rental staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell rental services.
- Represent Ryder at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our rental services.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch and company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Transportation Or Rental Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Of Outside Sales Representatives.
