Billing Specialist- Logistics
The Billing Specialist main responsibility is to provide customized invoice spreadsheets that have been specifically requested from each customer. Analyzes customers' billing processes to discuss key aspects of financials in order to recommend key aspects of financial improvements, including reducing costs and maximizing profitability. Researches and resolves billing discrepancies and recommends process improvements. Generates KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and other statistical data for customers. Analyzes the various revenue buckets that are billed to customers on a weekly basis, including revenue and commodity code analysis. Conducts research and compiles data in order to prepare customized reports. Ad Hoc requests and special projects as necessary.
