We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Employee Relations Partner to join our team. As an integral member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment for our diverse workforce. We are looking for a talented individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish, has a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers in both English and Spanish.
  2. Conduct investigations and resolve employee grievances or complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
  3. Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  4. Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and ensure company policies and practices are in compliance.
  5. Conduct training and workshops for managers and employees on topics related to employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and workplace conduct.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers in handling performance management, disciplinary actions, and other employment-related issues.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
  8. Build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, providing guidance and support in a professional and empathetic manner.
  9. Partner with legal counsel, as needed, to ensure appropriate handling of complex employee relations issues.
  10. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR programs and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In English And At Least One Other Language: As A Bilingual Employee Relations Partner, Strong Communication Skills In Multiple Languages Are Essential In Order To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Workforce.

  • Experience In Employee Relations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Employee Relations, Including Handling Employee Complaints And Conducting Investigations Into Workplace Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: A Strong Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Employment Laws Is Crucial For Success In This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Anti-Discrimination Laws, Harassment Policies, And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills: The Ability To Navigate And Resolve Conflicts Between Employees, As Well As Between Employees And Management, Is A Key Qualification For This Role.

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills: The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner Will Be Working Closely With Employees, Managers, And Hr Colleagues, So Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills Are Necessary For Building Relationships And Maintaining Open Lines Of Communication.
