Job Description

At Ryder System, we are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of our distribution and logistics centers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a facilities management role and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers. The Assistant Facilities Manager will be a hardworking individual with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and excellent organizational skills. They will be detail-oriented, highly motivated, and dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field• 5+ years of experience in facilities management• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and operations• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other facility management software• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Strong customer service orientation
