- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and meet sales targets.

- Effectively negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable business relationships.
- Provide regular reports and updates on account development and sales activities.
- Represent Ryder System at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Train and mentor other team members on effective account development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all business dealings.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted marketing strategies for different client segments.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Business Development Within The Supply Chain Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Transportation, Warehousing, And Distribution.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Growing Existing Accounts.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
