
Help Desk Administrator
This role will require an individual to Probe and handle IT related Level 1 issues. Gather Information, Accurately. Identify and Skillfully Resolve or Appropriately Delegate Support Calls / Emails / Client Queries received.
- Attending to IT Help Desk calls.
- Accurately Identify, Resolve or Delegate issues reported by staff via Email/Phone/Chat.
- Providing timely and accurate. Knowledge transfer, processing, delegation or resolution - on a consistent basis
- Working on all open, team assigned requests at least once a day.
- Updating the hardware/software inventory and User configuration details.
- Coordinate with Offshore team on various operational support issues.
- Relays, collects and exchanges information daily with all RI staff and management.
2+ years of related experience
Experience in customer service / help desk environment.
