Responsibilities:

1. Represent the Roger Dubuis brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
2. Create special experiences for customers, including providing knowledgeable advice and product recommendations.
3. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
4. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
6. Keep up to date on the latest trends in luxury watches and the watchmaking industry.
7. Develop relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
8. Participate in sales promotions and special events.
9. Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.
10. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
