Responsibilities:

1. Assist with planning and executing events for the luxury watch brand, Roger Dubuis.
2. Provide top-notch hospitality services to customers.
3. Manage event logistics, such as coordinating venues, catering, and vendors.
4. Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote events.
5. Monitor event budget and track expenses.
6. Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks related to event planning.
7. Manage the set-up and break-down of events.
8. Assist with guest list management and on-site registration.
9. Develop relationships with key stakeholders and other luxury watch industry contacts.
10. Ensure that all events are executed according to brand standards.
