Job Description

Roche is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven analysis and insights to support operations and improve the supply chain.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of supply chain processes and analytics. You should be comfortable working with large data sets, have an eye for detail, and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.We are seeking a team player with excellent organizational and communication skills who can collaborate effectively with peers, managers, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement in the supply chain.
  2. Develop data models to evaluate supply chain performance and suggest solutions.
  3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in the supply chain and identify opportunities to increase efficiency or reduce costs.
  4. Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline and optimize the supply chain.
  6. Create reports and presentations to communicate analysis and insights to stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the supply chain is functioning optimally.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  9. Perform research and evaluate new technologies that could improve supply chain operations.
  10. Establish and maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities.
