Job Description

At Roche, we are looking for a motivated and passionate Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. We are a leader in health care, offering innovative solutions to diagnostics and pharmaceuticals, and we are looking for someone to help us manage our supply chain operations to ensure the continued success of our organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is experienced in data analysis and has a background in supply chain management. They should have a strong disposition to problem-solving, be highly organized, and have exceptional communication skills. As a successful Supply Chain Analyst, you will work with the team to develop strategies to optimize our supply chain and provide key insights to the business. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, such as Logistics or Supply Chain Management• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role• Proven experience working in a global, fast-paced environment• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize advanced analytical methods to evaluate and optimize supply chain operations.
  2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure the organization’s success.
  3. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement supply chain plans.
  5. Analyze and forecast supply and demand trends to ensure adequate product availability.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
  7. Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics.
  8. Manage the implementation of new ERP and supply chain management software.
  9. Monitor and analyze global market trends to inform supply chain strategies.
  10. Design and maintain supply chain documentation.
