Responsibilities:

1. Conduct independent scientific research to develop new products, processes, and services.
2. Lead and execute research projects with a team of researchers.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of research projects.
5. Prepare and present scientific findings to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Stay abreast of the latest developments in research and identify new areas of research to pursue.
7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation of research projects.
8. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
9. Create and submit reports to relevant regulatory bodies.
10. Contribute to the development of strategies to improve research processes.
