  1. Lead the histopathology platform within the research department, overseeing all aspects of its operations and driving its success.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the platform, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research projects that align with the company's mission and goals.
  4. Manage a team of histopathologists and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and training as needed.
  5. Ensure the platform's compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including but not limited to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  6. Oversee the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies, ensuring the platform has the necessary resources to support ongoing research.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field of histopathology, and integrate new techniques and technologies into the platform's operations.
  8. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the platform and its research at conferences, meetings, and other events.
  9. Contribute to the development and execution of research projects, using your expertise in histopathology to drive scientific discovery and innovation.
  10. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and teamwork among platform members.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Pathology Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Histopathology Research.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Executing Successful Histopathology Research Studies, With A Strong Understanding Of Tissue Processing And Analysis Techniques.

  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Histopathology Researchers, With Demonstrated Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Current Industry Trends And Advancements In Histopathology Technology, With The Ability To Implement New Techniques And Methodologies As Needed.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Research Initiatives And Achieve Project Goals.
