- Develop and implement strategies for achieving and maintaining quality excellence in all aspects of our operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including FDA and ISO requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any quality issues or concerns.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality systems and processes to support continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality-related topics and provide guidance to other departments as needed.

- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

- Take ownership of any quality-related issues and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Represent Roche in external quality-related meetings and conferences.
Extensive Quality Management Experience: As The Quality Excellence Head, The Candidate Must Have A Strong Background In Quality Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Quality Systems In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Environment.
Leadership Skills: The Quality Excellence Head Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Quality Professionals, And To Provide Guidance And Direction To Ensure Quality Standards Are Met.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Candidate Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Current Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines, Including Fda Regulations, Ich Guidelines, And Other Relevant Standards.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Quality Excellence Head Must Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Quality Issues And Develop Solutions To Address Them.
