3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements for the LIMS, ensuring it meets the needs of our laboratory processes.
4. Lead and manage the training of laboratory staff on the use of LabVantage LIMS, ensuring they are proficient in its use.
5. Conduct regular audits and assessments of the LIMS to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the use of the LIMS, ensuring they are up-to-date and in line with industry best practices.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies related to LIMS, and make recommendations for their integration into our laboratory processes.

10. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the smooth integration and maintenance of the LIMS.
11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of our laboratory processes.
12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, laboratory staff, and external partners, to provide updates on the progress of LIMS implementation and development.
