  1. Conduct quality control testing on products to ensure they meet Roche's high standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy in product testing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any quality issues.
  4. Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve quality control issues.
  5. Conduct thorough inspections and audits to identify any non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control tests and results.
  7. Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant teams, including production and R&D.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all quality control processes.
  9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and procedures.
  10. Train and mentor junior QC team members to ensure consistent quality control practices across the company.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting excellence and accountability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Biochemistry.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Role Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards Such As Fda, Ich, And Cgmp.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.

  • Experience With Various Analytical Techniques And Instrumentation, Such As Hplc, Gc, And Pcr.
