Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and innovative Project Manager to join our Research & Development team at Roche. As a Project Manager, you will be a key member of the team responsible for driving projects from concept to completion. You will utilize your strong technical and organizational skills to coordinate and manage projects while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring quality outcomes.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a project management role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. You must possess a B.S. degree in a related field and have a solid understanding of project management theories and practices. Additionally, you should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.If you are a motivated self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys collaborating with a diverse team, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans, goals, and objectives and coordinate with other team members to ensure successful completion of projects.
  2. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure projects remain on track.
  3. Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project life cycle.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  5. Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to senior management.
  6. Utilize project management tools to ensure efficient project management.
  7. Provide technical and administrative support to team members.
  8. Ensure all projects adhere to regulations, standards, and best practices.
  9. Set project timelines and manage resources to meet project deadlines.
  10. Analyze project risks and develop risk management strategies.
