Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a passion for research and development to join our team at Roche. This role requires a highly motivated, self-directed individual who is able to take initiative and work independently, while coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.The ideal candidate will have experience leading projects in the R&D field, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. An understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards is highly desirable. The Project Manager should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.We are looking for a team member who will bring enthusiasm, a commitment to excellence, and a sense of collaboration to our organization. Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines, ensuring completion of milestones and successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure that project objectives are met
  • Track and analyze project data and performance metrics to ensure quality assurance
  • Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members
  • Analyze and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the course of a project
  • Research and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Utilize knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and relevant regulations to ensure compliance
  • Manage project budgets and resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
  • Ensure that all deliverables are met on time and within budget
