  1. Conduct genetic toxicology studies and analyze data to assess the safety and efficacy of Roche pharmaceutical products.
  2. Identify potential risks and side effects of pharmaceuticals and communicate findings to relevant teams.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety assessment strategies.
  4. Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in genetic toxicology to inform decision making.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards for safety assessments.
  6. Develop and maintain databases and other tools for tracking and analyzing safety data.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing safety assessment findings for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Communicate complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
  9. Participate in and contribute to team discussions and meetings to drive continuous improvement in safety assessment processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on genetic toxicology and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Toxicology, Pharmacology, Or A Related Field

  • Demonstrated Experience In Genetic Toxicology, Including In Vitro And In Vivo Assays

  • Proficiency With Data Analysis And Statistical Software

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Genetic Toxicology Assessments

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Data To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
