Job Description

You must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing a sales strategy for Roche pharmaceuticals and products.
  2. Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and potential customers.
  3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Roche products, services, and competitors.
  4. Analyzing customer needs and providing product solutions.
  5. Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  6. Negotiating prices and terms of sales and service agreements with customers.
  7. Collecting customer feedback and making recommendations for product and service improvements.
  8. Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.
  9. Meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
  10. Staying current with industry trends and developments.
  11. Traveling to customer sites to provide product demonstrations and sales support.
  12. Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
