
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join the Roche team! This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to jump start their career in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to our customers in order to maximize sales potential and achieve sales targets. You will be expected to build relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacies, and hospital personnel, to ensure that our products are being used to their fullest potential. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as pharmacy, biology, or chemistry • Previous sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry • Proven ability to build relationships with customers • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High level of motivation and enthusiasm • Valid driver’s license • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities of a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as doctors, pharmacies, and hospital personnel, to ensure the promotion and use of products to their fullest potential.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Maintain detailed customer records in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to counter them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and research and development, to develop innovative solutions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports and other documents.
- Drive to customer locations, as needed, to provide product demonstrations and customer service.
