Job Description

Roche is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for an individual with a passion for helping others and a proven track record of success in sales. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized and able to manage your time effectively. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, an aptitude for using technology and an ability to think strategically. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for achieving sales goals and objectives.
  2. Prospect and build relationships with new customers, while maintaining existing relationships.
  3. Educate customers on the benefits of using Roche pharmaceuticals and services.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  5. Monitor industry trends and developments to stay abreast of the competitive landscape.
  6. Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  7. Participate in trade shows and conventions to promote Roche products and services.
  8. Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and progress.
  9. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Utilize technology to optimize sales processes and productivity.
