  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop patient-centered strategies that improve the overall patient journey in the field of oncology and hematology.
  2. Act as a key point of contact for patients and their families, providing support, guidance, and resources throughout their treatment journey.
  3. Conduct research and gather insights to understand patient needs, preferences, and challenges in order to inform the development of patient-focused initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration in patient-centric initiatives.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient-focused strategies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in oncology and hematology, and integrate this knowledge into patient journey strategies.
  7. Develop and deliver training and educational materials for healthcare providers and internal teams on patient-centered care and initiatives.
  8. Advocate for the needs and rights of patients within the organization, ensuring that their voices are represented in decision-making processes.
  9. Maintain a deep understanding of Roche products and services, and their impact on the patient journey.
  10. Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with patients and their families, and act as a patient advocate within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Oncology, Hematology, Nursing, Or Social Work.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In Oncology Or Hematology.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Patient Journey In The Field Of Oncohematology, Including Knowledge Of Treatment Options, Supportive Care, And Patient Support Resources.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Experience In Patient Advocacy And Support, With A Strong Commitment To Improving The Lives Of Patients And Their Families Affected By Cancer.
