  1. Coordinate and manage outsourced projects in the fields of immunology and cardiovascular diseases for cutting-edge drug development programs.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including contract research organizations and academic collaborators, to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all outsourced projects, communicating project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of outsourced activities with overall project goals and timelines.
  5. Monitor project progress and budget, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
  6. Review and analyze data from outsourced projects, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams for decision-making.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in immunology and cardiovascular research, identifying potential new partners and outsourcing opportunities.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert in immunology and cardiovascular research, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for outsourced projects.
  10. Contribute to the development of new research strategies and initiatives, leveraging external expertise and resources.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Roche, promoting the company's values and mission to external partners and the scientific community.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on outsourcing processes and best practices.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outsourced projects, including contracts, budgets, and progress reports.
  14. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on outsourced project status, risks, and opportunities.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve outsourcing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
