Responsibilities: • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their needs and abilities • Provide instruction in activities of daily living, such as grooming, dressing, and meal preparation • Promote independence and safety in the home and community • Monitor and document patient progress • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans • Educate patients and their families on the use of adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Adhere to all laws and regulations pertaining to Occupational Therapy practice
