- Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote and sell our NGS products to academic and clinical customers.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in the academic and clinical sectors.
- Provide product demonstrations and trainings to customers on the features and benefits of our NGS products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network, generate new leads, and promote our NGS products.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer needs and market trends.
- Continuously develop and deepen product knowledge to effectively communicate product value propositions to customers.
- Represent the company's values and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to conduct sales meetings, trainings, and demonstrations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Roche, promoting the company's mission and commitment to improving patients' lives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biotechnology.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Sales Experience In The Life Sciences Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Next-Generation Sequencing (Ngs) Technology And Applications, Including Market Trends And Competitive Landscape.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers And Stakeholders.
Proven Ability To Work Independently And Manage A Territory, Including Developing And Implementing Strategic Sales Plans To Drive Business Growth.
