Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join Roche's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, and experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in the healthcare industry. This role requires excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to think strategically. You should possess strong communication and project management skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you’re a creative and ambitious self-starter, with a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role • Understanding of current marketing trends, techniques, and digital channels • Superb interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently with limited direction • Experience with project management and budgeting • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the healthcare industry.
  2. Analyze market trends and develop creative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  3. Manage budgets and resources for marketing campaigns and projects.
  4. Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the marketing team.
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Monitor industry news and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  7. Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  8. Monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns.
  9. Collect and analyze customer feedback and data.
  10. Evaluate and optimize marketing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
