Job Description

At Roche, we are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager who is eager to make an impact on our dynamic and fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, and a deep understanding of the principles and best practices of marketing. They should also have experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, be comfortable with both traditional and digital marketing channels, and have a proven track record of creating and managing successful campaigns. On top of a strong technical skill set, the ideal candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, a natural ability to lead and motivate a team, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Above all, the candidate must be driven by a desire to create and deliver effective, impactful, and memorable marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
  2. Create and manage successful campaigns across traditional and digital marketing channels.
  3. Manage and oversee marketing budgets and resources to ensure maximum ROI.
  4. Analyze and report on marketing data to inform decisions and track progress.
  5. Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals to ensure goals are met.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  7. Utilize creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  8. Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  9. Stay up to date with current marketing trends and best practices.
  10. Prepare and deliver presentations to executives and stakeholders.
