We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Market Access Manager to join our team at Roche. The Market Access Manager will play an integral role in the success of our organization by managing and growing our market access strategies.This position requires a dynamic individual with outstanding communication, analytical, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Health Care Administration, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in market access and/or pricing strategy.Our ideal candidate is someone who is an innovative thinker capable of developing and executing strategies to maximize the value of our products on the market. They should be a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative market access and pricing strategies to maximize the value of Roche products on the market.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth of the organization’s market access strategies.
- Manage current market access activities and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
- Monitor industry and competitive trends in the pharmaceutical market.
- Prepare reports and presentations outlining the impact of market access strategies.
- Maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, including health care providers, payers, and other external partners.
- Ensure that all market access activities are compliant with relevant regulations.
- Create and maintain effective processes and procedures for the development and implementation of market access strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on market access and pricing strategies.
