We are looking for an experienced Market Access Manager to join Roche and lead our Market Access team. The ideal candidate will have an impressive track record of providing strategic planning, support, and direction to ensure the successful launch of our products in new markets. The Market Access Manager must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as health economics, health policy, or business administration, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate must also be highly knowledgeable in the areas of health economics, health policy, and market access, with an excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients by delivering innovative solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Market Access team to ensure the successful launch of products in new markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure optimal market access for new products.
- Analyze health economic trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and payers.
- Develop and implement pricing and reimbursement strategies to maximize access to products.
- Monitor market access activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to team members on market access processes and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management summarizing the team's progress.
- Remain up-to-date on industry developments and trends in market access and health economics.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective market access strategies.
