We are looking for an experienced Market Access Manager to join Roche's team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies and plans to maximize the commercial value of our products. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and access to our products in both public and private markets.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area such as health economics, business administration, public health, or life sciences. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years' experience in market access, pricing, and/or health economics. You should also have a good understanding of the healthcare reimbursement landscape and knowledge of pricing strategies and tactics.You should also have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
