Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Technician to join the Roche team! The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, performing quality control, and troubleshooting issues.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions and hold an Associate of Science Degree in a technical field. Additionally, they must have the ability to develop and maintain accurate records, and follow all safety regulations and protocols.We are searching for a Manufacturing Technician who is passionate about the manufacturing process and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills. The successful candidate must be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. They must also have the desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with safety regulations and protocols.
  2. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet set standards.
  3. Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the manufacturing equipment.
  4. Develop and maintain accurate records of production and quality control.
  5. Prioritize tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  7. Work closely with the team to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure machine operation.
  9. Follow all safety regulations and protocols.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
