Job Description

Roche is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions as needed.
  3. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  4. Manage and maintain production records and reports.
  5. Assist with process and product improvement initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
  8. Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met.
  9. Provide technical support and training to other technicians.
  10. Identify potential hazards and take appropriate corrective action.
