Manufacturing Technician

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Technician to join Roche’s team. In this role you’ll be responsible for a number of tasks related to the production of our products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, a minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to use a range of tools, equipment, and machinery. In addition, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail, are essential. Responsibilities:

1. Operate a range of tools, equipment, and machinery to produce products for Roche.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot any production issues that arise.
3. Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to the manufacturing environment.
4. Ensure that all products adhere to Roche's quality standards.
5. Communicate effectively with other members of the manufacturing team.
6. Maintain accurate records of all production activities.
7. Monitor production operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
8. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery as needed.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes.
10. Monitor stock levels and restock materials as needed.
