Bachelor's Degree In Biotechnology Or A Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Biotechnology Is Essential For A Manufacturing Biotechnologist. This Degree Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills In Areas Such As Molecular Biology, Genetics, And Biochemistry.
Experience With Manufacturing Processes: Candidates Should Have Hands-On Experience With Biotechnology Manufacturing Processes, Such As Cell Culture, Fermentation, And Purification. This Experience Can Be Gained Through Internships, Co-Ops, Or Previous Work Experience.
Knowledge Of Gmp Regulations: Roche Is A Highly Regulated Industry, And Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) Guidelines. This Includes Knowledge Of Documentation And Quality Control Procedures.
