  1. Conducting research and development activities to support the production of biotechnological products.
  2. Performing cell culture, purification, and analytical techniques to ensure high-quality products.
  3. Maintaining and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  4. Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and company SOPs.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  6. Participating in the design and execution of experiments to support process development and validation.
  7. Monitoring and maintaining equipment and supplies for production.
  8. Assisting in the preparation and review of technical documents and reports.
  9. Training and mentoring junior team members.
  10. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Communicating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
  12. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in biotechnology.
  13. Demonstrating a strong commitment to patient health and safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Setting, Preferably In The Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Biotechnology Processes, Including Cell Culture, Fermentation, Purification, And Analytical Techniques.

  • Familiarity With Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Requirements For The Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
