- Conducting research and development activities to support the production of biotechnological products.
- Performing cell culture, purification, and analytical techniques to ensure high-quality products.
- Maintaining and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and company SOPs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Participating in the design and execution of experiments to support process development and validation.
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment and supplies for production.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of technical documents and reports.
- Training and mentoring junior team members.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Setting, Preferably In The Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Biotechnology Processes, Including Cell Culture, Fermentation, Purification, And Analytical Techniques.
Familiarity With Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Requirements For The Biotechnology Industry.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
